Legal Recruitment Assistant

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to strengthen our team in Budapest. You will work alongside a senior consultant, supporting all processes involved in building candidate research lists, generating a pipeline of qualified candidates, response management and candidate selection, as well as the on-going support required throughout the recruitment process.
You will be part of a team and will work from Budapest. Thanks to our extensive internship program you will have the chance to not only work with and support recruitment professionals, but also to join a diverse and vivid team of interns.
Furthermore, we will provide you training on the job in order for you to gain a sound knowledge of the skills required such as customer liaison, interview techniques, effective customer briefing, client relationship building and facilitation of meetings.
Your responsibilities:
As a member of our team, your responsibility will be to make contact and connect with candidates on a daily basis and update and monitor the online application tracking system, while maintaining relationships with the existing candidates database. You will research and map out legal markets we work in; identifying potential candidates or firms/companies looking to recruit new lawyers. You will learn the fundamentals and best practices of Boolean and online research and apply these skills to support recruiting efforts.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of the database, inputting key correspondence with clients/candidates and entry of CV profiles. You will schedule and coordinate recruiting activities, events and interviews as requested. Furthermore you will provide administrative support to the team of consultants and the management of the firm. You will have potential for growth – once you have better understanding, you may solely interview candidates for roles.
Your skills:
You are dependable and willing to take on extra responsibilities. You have the ability to work under pressure, deal with high volumes of work and to be a team player. You consider yourself to have strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at different levels. You are able to influence decision-makers, verbally and in written form. You are fluent in English, other language skills are a plus. You have a sound knowledge of IT systems, possess strong literacy and numeric skills and are of graduate caliber. Your working knowledge of recruitment principles and concepts is strong and you have a sound understanding of the external frameworks, policies and procedures.

The internship will enhance your process and task management skills. In addition, the internship will challenge your problem solving and teamwork capabilities. Furthermore, you will improve your Project Management and organization skills.
