Our small Swedish company ID24 (id24.com) offers a six-month job experience position for a marketing business student in Uppsala.
At the office you will be able to speak Spanish, Swedish, Polish French and/or English, English being the "official" office language. We mainly offer hardware and software to retailers in English speaking European countries.
Task description:
We can offer you many responsibilities within your internship and we will require that you can work independently on those tasks.
- You will help us to prepare applications for conferences, trade shows, etc.
- You will also help us draft emails and documents.
- You will help to create text for our website and learn about SEO.
- You will also have the opportunity to help us investigate the new markets/companies we want to contact.
- You will help to market our hardware and software products internationally and / or raise awareness amongst investors. You won't have a number of sales to make, because you won't be doing the direct selling. Our product is customized for every client, so the actual sale needs be done by one of our specialists as it usually includes new development. But you will be working hand by hand with our personnel and will learn how we do it.
The internship will take place at our office in Uppsala, Sweden, which is the biggest student city in the country.

We don’t require any particular skills, more than you should be used to work with Word and Excel-sheets and be comfortable to speak and write in English. Most important for us, is that you are ambitious and always wants to learn new stuff and get better on what you're doing.
You will learn how to work in a small new started company, both independent and in teams. You'll get real working experience, as we’ll give you great responsibility from day one.
We will provide you a work station, including a computer and an IP telephone. If you think it could be fun to learn the basics of the Swedish language in your spare time, we can help you attend a part time Swedish course. Unfortunately, we are not able to fund the internship furthermore.
