~Candidates’ activities and training consist of different modules and assessments.
Their training will be an online training (Learning Zone) blended with coaching and job practice, finalized with skills assessment and certification. At the end of the training, a Learning Zone certificate will be issued.
1. ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained;
2. operational procedures: organizing stock and equipment, ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security
3. Job rotation – BOH &FOH
Everything that evolve around a quick service restaurant, with job rotation from the Back of the House (BoH), that is kitchen operations and procedures; to the Front of the House (FoH) cashier and customer care.
Ensuring customer service and customer interaction, along with training on food preparation and operations according to the brand standards.
~Desired candidate:
The company will show preference to students of culinary arts and hotel, tourism and service faculty.
Since we have international franchises please note that all standards are set on an international level thus the knowledge and experience which will be received from our restaurants could be used for future reference in other branches of the same brand internationally.
Candidates must have a positive mind set, willingness to learn and adapt in a new environment and be “customer maniacs” to provide positive customer great experience during their visit at the restaurant.
All candidates who will participate in the placement will have the opportunity to be evaluated and be recognized accordingly.
A detailed training program will be provided both to the candidates and to the guest university/school in order to keep track of their progress.
