We are offering an internship in our non-governmental organization. We are looking for an enthusiastic student who speaks English (Vocational/Bachelor/Master/PhD student) and would like to work with us on our conferences, language lessons, specialized courses, publications, and more!

The Center For American Studies brings together people from various backgrounds: young professionals, future scholars, opinion leaders, social activists, entrepreneurs, and many others.

Inspired by the American model of education, we implement solutions taken from the best American universities and enterprises, and inspire others to follow American principles such as openness, resourcefulness and individualism combined with commitment to the community.

We are looking for interns to help us on developing our events and brand of CFAS during a wide range of activities: managing our social media, managing (online) events, working on marketing, managing administrative duties and doing market research, leading podcasts, and others.

We accept interns all year long onwards for a period of 3 to 12 months, just tell us the dates that suit you the best. The duration of the internship is flexible (3 months is the minimum)

Our working languages are English and Polish.

Our internship is completely remote (except for the Summer School in the Foundations in Democracy which takes place live in July 2021).

Some typical tasks include (we are flexible in this regard):

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies & plans
• Project and event management and service
• Contact with event’s speakers, attendees and other
• Managing social media
• Creating marketing materials
• Establishing new partnerships
• Market research
• Website design
• Administrative assistance
• Creating and publishing promotional materials: graphics and videos
• Active promotion of CFAS events and services
• Participation in and leading podcasts on YouTube

Job related skills

• English language/Abilities to communicate in English
• Speaking other languages would be a plus, but is not necessary
• Curious & open minded attitude as well as a talent to understand people and their needs
• Passion for what we do
• Proactive work ethic
• Great social skills
• Flexibility, with an ability to adapt to a changing schedule of tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
• Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel Sheets, MS Teams)
