Job related skills

In the Receptionist internship you will learn how to handle both administrative tasks and contact with international clients. Your main tasks will be:

  • Formation in the internal management program. 
  • Management of reservations and special requests. 
  • Handling of both check-in and check out. 
  • Billing clients before their arrival and on finalizing their stay. 
  • Give information to the clients about the Hotel’s services and encourage brand engagement. 
  • Explain to the guests the main tourist destinations of the area.
