Description:
The Polish company GMP Defence* is looking for a recent graduate or a student of the last year for the position of a full-time Project Assistant (within the Erasmus+ internship), based in Warsaw. The position will entail activities to mainly support GMP Defence presence in other countries of Central and Eastern Europe (mainly Ukraine). This will mainly require support in research, communication and project management work in the fields of defence, security and new technologies. The position is temporary but a successful candidate could expect long-term opportunity at GMP Defence when projects arise.
We look for:
- A degree in relevant academic subject (business, communication, languages, defence, security, new technologies, aerospace, drones/UAVs, radars, access control, etc.);
- Good understanding of potential public and private clients environment in Ukraine. Any experience in public procurement will be an asset;
- Experience in (business) research, communication and project management;
- An excellent level of written and spoken communication in Ukrainian, Russian and English. Any other working level language (particularly Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Romanian, and Bulgarian) will be an asset;
- Highly organized work ethic, and familiarity with software for office work (e.g. Microsoft Office) and website/social media management.
