As an IT and System Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tackle real-world technology challenges across all S2M-group offices. You will be involved in a combination of cross-functional projects or day-to-day IT support and maintenance by:

• Maintaining and administrating of our applications, including Office 365 and SharePoint;
• Designing and building an internal intranet on SharePoint;
• Undertaking computer maintenance and setting-up for new members of staff;
• Responding to user requests and queries;
• Maintaining and optimizing Barcelona network;
• Training existing and new members of staff on systems and procedures;
• Assisting in the integration of new tools;
• Supporting our market analysis team by gathering and analysing data insights.

Job related skills

What are we looking for?

• You have or are studying for a Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering IT, ICT or related fields;
• You have full English proficiency and excellent business communication skills;
• You can work independently and collaborate with remote team members and management;
• You have effective problem solving and analytical skills;
• You have strong organizational and project management skills;
• You are a self-starter who takes initiative with little supervision;
• You hold a CISCO certification (optional).
