Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated student for our team. The studnet must have an Erasmus+ Grant or similar to apply to this offer.

• Administrative tasks associated with travel industry
• Booking activities such as FIT transfers, tickets, excursions.
• Loading bookings
• Dealing with incoming email and callcorrespondance
• Dealing with FIT accommodation requests (offer option, invoicing, issue vouchers)

Experience requirements

Pro-active and enthusiastic to learn team player

Language competences

English

IT Competences

Working knowledge of Microsoft windows application, Outlook, Excel and willing to learn the internal reservations software.

Social competences

Able to communicate effectively at all levels, excellent telephone manner, and be comfortable working  within a team in an office.  Sense of humour is a must.
