Anel Honey Park is an Api-therapy, Api-tourism and Api-education attraction dedicated to the honey bee and its products and a branch of Anel Co Beekeeping. Anel Co is a worldwide known company, operating since 1968, specialized in manufacturing of beekeeping equipment. We are looking for a young student to work with us in the field of Psycology and investigate the possible good results of the apitherapy house in ANEL Honey Park. Feel good, learn and experience new things, exchange knowledge and meet people! An intern is an ideal way to become involved in an innovate place like ANEL Honey Park!

We offer a unique intern position which targets to the creation of background of the healing properties of apitherapy and beekeeping in order to reduce the stress and improve the psychological wellbeing of clients. The intern will use psychological methods and research to make positive changes to their clients' lives and offer treatment of the body and mind with the help of Honey Bee! Intern will research and work with clients of all ages who have a variety of different mental or physical health issues, such as:

  • depression and anxiety;
  • mental illness;
  • adjustment to physical illness;
  • neurological disorders;
  • addictive behaviours;
  • challenging behaviours;
  • eating disorders;
  • personal and family relationship problems;
  • learning disabilities.

Responsibilities - internship content

  • Research bibliography to scientifically support “apitherapy” and create a review by working as a part of multidisciplinary team (educators, beekeepers, sales experts)
  • Assessing a client's needs, abilities or behavior using psychometric tests, interviews or direct observation of behavior
  • Organize treatment programs (anxiety, depression, addiction, social and interpersonal problems and challenging behavior)
  • Observe, research, develop and evaluate service provision for clients
  • Required abilities

  • Basic computer skills
  • Interest about sustainability, beekeeping and wellbeing will also be a plus
  • Awareness of health and safety issues of bees
