About:
A warm welcome awaits you at Hotel Plevna in Malta. This charming traditional 100 room hotel is located in a quiet residential area in Sliema, yet is only a short 5 minute walk away from the lively Sliema centre with its shops, restaurants and cafes.
A 200 metres stroll brings you to the seafront where a beautiful 3 km promenade leads all the way to St Julians which is the island’s nightlife centre. The capital city of Valletta is only a short bus ride or ferry ride away whilst the old city of Mdina, Rabat, Mosta, St Paul’s Bay and other towns and villages are all accessible by bus.
The management and staff of Hotel Plevna show guests genuine friendliness and care whilst maintaining a high level of service where nothing is too much trouble. The personalised service offered ensures that there are numerous guests who return year after year from different countries to enjoy the hospitality and cuisine.
Duration:
The internship should at least last 3 months up to 6 months and you can start working at any time (after consultation with our staff). Trainees should be older than 18.
Tasks:
As a trainee you are mainly responsible for the guests. Your tasks include welcoming guests on arrival, taking care of the check-in and check-out of customers, preparing bills and all transactions, accepting telephone calls, and entering data on the computer.
Benefits:
The internship is unpaid, but we will provide a free and shared accommodation as well as one free meal per working day and two additional days off per month.
