What we offer:
During the 24-month trainee program, starting the latest on 01 October 2016 you will learn about enterprise sales through a unique combination of external coaching and on-the-job training. This includes lead generation, appointment setting, concept creation, and contract signing as well as essential daily data management in a CRM system. In other words, we offer software sales at a world-class level – steep learning curve included.
External training will be provided by some of the best trainers. During your on-the-job training you will be assigned to some of our top leaders in the sale of software and services, who worked previously in fast-growing software companies or as consultants in companies like McKinsey Company.

What we expect from you:
You're quick on the uptake with a force of will that shines in negotiations and inspires those around you. You have your eyes on the prize and your ear to the ground. You bring your passion to work and like getting your hands dirty. Data analysis doesn't scare you, and you're eager to build on your existing knowledge base.
You have completed your studies and are interested in demanding sales solutions. You have excellent PC and MS Office skills (esp. Power Point, Word and Excel), are willing to travel, and have a constant motivation to thrive. You are fluent in German and have at least a good knowledge of English (more language skills are a bonus, especially if at a proficient level).
