Dalia Research, a global leader in mobile research, is looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team.
Fast-track your career by joining a rapidly growing, Berlin-based technology startup that revolutionizes how survey data are collected globally. In this role, you will be working in the Projects/Sampling Team and will independently manage data-collection projects across 90+ countries that inform strategic decision-making at some of the world's largest corporations. You will report directly to the Head of Projects and Partnerships and collaborate with our teams in data science, product development and engineering.
As a Business Development Intern at Dalia, you will:
- Manage and monitor data-collection projects across 90+ countries
- Meet KPI goals and report to the Head of Projects and Partnership
- Interact and negotiate with international clients
- Assist in developing questionnaires for multi-country research projects
- Manage existing and build new partnerships for Dalia
- Take ownership of strategic projects and implement / manage them independently
- Define, manage and execute project roadmaps
- Implement, monitor and optimise internal processes

- Above average grades in a relevant area of study (eg Management, Business Administration, Social Research, Marketing, Economics)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to embrace challenges and independently come up with solutions
- Passion for entrepreneurship, research and the internet
- Ability to inspire others and independently drive projects forward
- Ability to contribute to strategic decisions and drive operational tasks
- Comfortable working in an international, dynamic and quickly changing environment
- Excellent level of written and spoken English. Additional language skills are a plus.
