This job is based in Grenoble (France).

In the context of our development throughout Europe, you will be working in a human scale company under management supervision. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Analysis of online merchants in the shoe, bag and textile e-commerce field in the Nethelands

- Evaluation: quality of the offer, brands availability, quantity availability for each item, notoriety on the web, customer feedbacks, and marketplace platform used

- According to the analysis established and in coordination with the country manager, you will keep in touch with merchants, explain the added value of the Spartoo Marketplace and stay in touch from the proposal to the signature of the contract to the technical integration on the platform.

- Follow the online settings of products on the marketplace.

- Follow the quality of the merchants (customer service, product quality, product description…)

 

 

 

Job related skills

• Language: Dutch as a native speaker, English or French as a second language.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and statistics
• In-depth understanding of project management and e-marketing procedures
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent client relationship building skills
