Equicty is a fast-growing SaaS start-up located in the Belgium with aim to become a global leader and disrupter in horse tech. Having customers in 30 countries and amazing Ambassadors containing World champions, Olympic champions in all sportsdisciplines (including Ludger Beerbaum, Gregory Wathelet, Bernard Fonck, Kevin Staut and many more) we’re making waves in the equine tech space. We’re looking for an intern that can support us in different Customer Success projects.

What can you expect;

  • Further structure our multi-product knowledge base and fullfill the missing gaps with state of the art support articles
  • Create and manage a video tutorial knowledge base about our different products
  • Creating tips and tricks campaigns for the coming 3 months
  • Develop customer engagment measurement processes and trigger internal actions trough automation tools
  • Run customer serveys
  • Setup and manage webinars 
  • And many more great initiatives
