German - Customer Service internship in a wedding company in Madrid

Our collaborator is a wedding company that was founded in Spain in 2007 and is now one of the world's largest wedding portals with representatives in almost 23 countries. For our further growth and to strengthen our team in the DACH region, we are looking for interns for the following areas Editorial office, customer service.

 

If you want to join their team, what awaits you is: responsibility and interesting tasks from day one - You will independently take care of the assigned area of responsibility.

You will be part of an international team in an organized working environment with a start-up mentality.

 

Tasks

 - Management of client inquiries by e-mail, telephone or online chat. This includes all

areas related to wedding websites and gift lists.

- The entire activation process and the daily control of the wedding websites and gift

lists

- Availability and general support for customer inquiries and concerns

- Support of the BackOffice of the online platform

Job related skills

Requirements

- German at a native standard

- Intermediate English
- Minimum 6 months

- Communication skills

- Good organizational skills

- Show initiative and motivation

- Good analytical skills and are results-oriented.

- Ideally, you have initial experience in the areas mentioned above.

- Working hours: From Monday to Thursday, 09:00-18:30. Friday, 08:00-14:00
